Some children were brought to Jesus so he could lay his hands on them and pray for them. The desciples told them not to bother him. But Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these. Matt. 19:13-14 NLV

The Lord Jesus Christ never despised the children in His saving ministry work. When the people and desciples shunnned and maltreated the children, Jesus never. He made them know children are equally important and a force too reckon with when it comes to mission.
